The AirFire Philosophy
AirFire Yoga is a private coaching practice for dancers, athletes, and professionals seeking inner clarity and a deeper connection with self, both on and off the mat.
What creates balance for someone with Air Dominant energy may create anxiety for someone with Fire Dominant energy. In most group settings, everyone receives the same cues, the same pacing, and the same intensity.
When practice is standardized, it is easy to misinterpret the disconnect. People often assume that yoga doesn't work for them, or that something is wrong with their body.
Here, we see it differently.
AirFire Yoga honors the unique intelligence of your physiology. This is why the practice begins with assessment rather than assumption.
We identify your Air-to-Fire ratio through a detailed diagnostic. Then, we use a Calibration Session to map that pattern to your specific goals. From there, we design sessions around your rhythm, your progress, and your current state.
When practice complements your natural rhythm instead of fighting it, resistance dissolves. This is yoga practiced with precision. It works in service of your energy, not against it.
