AirFire Yoga offers a practice of harmony between Air (Qi) and Fire. Air (expressed through Yin energy) invites cooling stillness, deeper breath, and space to open the heart chakra. It encourages reflection, softness, and the kind of slow unfolding that modern life rarely allows. Fire (embodied through Yang energy) brings dynamic movement, strength-building heat, and solar plexus activation. It supports confidence, discipline, and focused energy.
