Where We Practice

Most private sessions are offered virtually and are available regardless of location. All sessions follow the same assessment-based approach.

One-on-one sessions via video. Same personalized attention, no geographic limitations.

IN-PERSON

Your home, dance studio, athletic facility, or corporate space throughout Maryland, Washington DC, and Northern Virginia.

SEMI-PRIVATE

Gather 2-5 friends, colleagues, or family for shared practice. Perfect for small groups seeking connection (e.g., Wellness Wednesdays). Available in-person and virtually.

Attendance Policy

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Virtual sessions: Must be rescheduled at least 2 hours in advance

  • In-person sessions: Must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance

    Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session fee

Late Arrival

  • A 10-minute grace period may be extended for virtual sessions only if you communicate by call or text before your session time. Otherwise, sessions will be forfeited.
